Click2Comply provides professional compliance-related services including consultancy, business and statutory registrations, company & LLP formation, return compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI), certifications, and accounting & bookkeeping. The scope, deliverables and fees for any engagement are agreed with you before work begins.

• You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents required to perform the services.
• We rely on the information you provide; we are not responsible for outcomes arising from incorrect, incomplete or delayed information.
• Government processing times, approvals and portal availability are outside our control and may affect timelines.

• Fees are quoted upfront and are exclusive of government fees, statutory charges and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of engagement. Work typically commences after confirmation of the agreed fee.
• Government fees, third-party charges and taxes paid on your behalf are non-refundable.

While we apply professional care and documented processes, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, approval or timeline from any government authority. Our tools (such as calculators) provide estimates for convenience only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
